Hesitancy Vindicated

They Weren't Infallible After All

This was taken from an article at the New Zealand Herald. There is so much to say about it.

'They [The Wall Street Journel] pointed to the World Health Organisation's (WHO) position on vaccine mandates, which states that "if mandatory vaccination is considered necessary to interrupt transmission chains and prevent harm to others, there should be sufficient evidence that the vaccine is efficacious in preventing serious infection and/or transmission".

For Omicron, they noted, "there is as yet no such evidence" and moreover, "the little data we have suggests the opposite".

"One preprint study found that after 30 days the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines no longer had any statistically significant positive effect against Omicron infection, and after 90 days, their effect went negative – ie vaccinated people were more susceptible to Omicron infection," they wrote.

"Confirming this negative efficacy finding, data from Denmark and the Canadian province of Ontario indicate that vaccinated people have higher rates of Omicron infection than unvaccinated people."

Montagnier and Rubenfeld added that while there was "some early evidence" that boosters may reduce Omicron infections, "the effect appears to wane quickly, and we don't know if repeated boosters would be an effective response to the surge of Omicron".'

It's looking like the "experts" have made the vaccinated more susceptible to Omicron. Why and how did those who had "the science," bring about this outcome, and why did we believe they could only make us well?

I believe we so badly wanted a savior that we irrationally gave the "experts" a God-like infallible knowledge of our immune systems and "the science". And after putting them in that impossible situation, they took the role with two hands and enjoyed the praises that came pouring in. But like others who took glory from the One to whom is due, they're at risk of being eaten by worms in time (Acts 12:21-23).

Trying to Win at Whack-a-mole

Before developing an mRNA vaccine for a coronavirus, we knew that coronaviruses mutate. Therefore, since the application of this technology targeted a specific spike protein, any vaccine developed would be obsolete over time. So we knew beforehand that this untried and untested avenue of treatment, at the very least, would be a whack-a-mole effort at inoculation.

What was unknown was exactly how long it would remain effective against the varients it targeted, and what the long-term negative outcomes would be. Short-term studies could not determine this, no matter how much money we threw at them. Long-term studies, by definition, take time, and the necessity of doing such studies should have been plain to us all, but we believed the scientists "science" when they told us they were 95% effective, and we gave them God-like knowledge of the future.

Then, over time, we saw the effectiveness of the jab drop. But even then people were willing to overlook the scientist's inaccurate and overblown predictions, and out of fear, hopped on their waning booster train.

But now, the worst has come to pass, and the concerns of the vaccine-hesitant have shown some validity. Vaccine dependency has developed. Manipulating our immune systems in this way has given some short-term benefits along with negative long-term consequences. Whether they are experiencing a hangover from artificial stimulation or now have less ability to target a different variant, the vaccinated immune systems appear weaker against the Omicron variant than the unvaccinated.

Because we so badly wanted a savior from Covid, we let the scientists and politicians itch our ears. I'm not of the conspiracy mindset that would claim this was all part of the elite's plan to make us all unhealthier or decrease the world's population. I, myself, have overlooked long-term consequences for short-term gains many a time, and I believe this is all that has happened in New Zealand, only on a larger scale.

It happens all the time in government. We give money to first home buyers, then are surprised when more money is in the housing market, pumping-up prices. We give everyone free money, pumping up the money supply, and wonder why everything costs more. Many schemes are conjured-up with the good intentions of man, but the resulting destruction was the intention of "the prince of the power of the air" (Ephesians 2:2-3), the one who currently has the world under his influence, who came "only to steal and kill and destroy" (John 10:10). He is the designer of the true conspiracy for man's destruction.

Moving Forward With Humility

But what Satan intended for evil, God intended for the good of His people and the extension of His kingdom (Romans 8:28, Hebrews 12:27-28). We should have known not to trust those who tell us a boy can become a girl and that a baby only becomes a baby as it passes through the birth canal, but we needed to be given a painful lesson. Morally compromised Smart People will have no problem fudging the figures to glorify themselves in the public eye, and we should have known that.

Moving forward, we have to do science with much more humility. God raised scientists to such a height in this pandemic that no one could miss it when they fell. It hurt us having to go through this, but we must learn from His discipline and love Him for it. If God governs the course of all human events, how could such an extraordinary moment in history not be for our benefit? All false gods harm us and they must come down. In love, God looks upon our modern scientific arrogance and is bringing it down like Dagon (1 Samuel 5:1-5).

And Sing Psalms, Church

Often the Psalms are misunderstood. The doctrines of Nice-ianity taught us not to rejoice at the fall of God's enemies, and the Psalms contain many songs that do this, unashamed. Contrary to the teachings of the squishies, we are told to sing Psalms to one another in the New Testament, without making any qualifications for the rejoicing-over-your-enemies songs. This is because we are to rejoice in all that God does, knowing that all His works are good, and taking down His enemies is one of His favorite things to do.

"For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. The last enemy to be destroyed is death." (1 Corinthians 15:25–26)

Of all times, the people of God in this generation should be singing Psalms as we see Him bringing down the arrogance of the "elite". It is a great time to be alive. Church, Praise Him with me and my household with the words of Psalm 7.

"If a man does not repent, God will whet his sword;

he has bent and readied his bow;

he has prepared for him his deadly weapons,

making his arrows fiery shafts.

Behold, the wicked man conceives evil

and is pregnant with mischief

and gives birth to lies.

He makes a pit, digging it out,

and falls into the hole that he has made.

His mischief returns upon his own head,

and on his own skull his violence descends.

I will give to the LORD the thanks due to his righteousness,

and I will sing praise to the name of the LORD, the Most High."
